1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official records, conduct official checks, retrieve case files, or submit papers for a visitor.

Its purpose is to identify the Kimble County Sheriff, local courts, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry as appropriate custodians, while also linking to outside research tools. Government disclosure is governed by laws such as the Texas Public Information Act, while Texas Government Code Chapter 411 limits dissemination of state criminal-history data.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produce no credit report, background check, or consumer report. Our services and those advertised here are not designed to screen an applicant, assess a rental application, set an insurance rate, or measure creditworthiness.
